Connection points, guards, pins, fasteners, moving parts and visible wear must be inspected before operation. The machine must not be operated until missing, loose or damaged parts have been corrected.

Maintenance Guidance and Parts Supply
TÜMİŞ does not operate a full-scope independent field service organisation. However, we provide guidance on proper use and maintenance checks for our machines and support customers in identifying and obtaining the required spare parts.
The relevant operator's manual must be followed for model-specific maintenance intervals, adjustment values and safety procedures. Work requiring intervention must be carried out by competent personnel with suitable equipment.
Essential Maintenance Checks
Hay, soil and foreign material accumulated on the machine should be removed after operation. Lubrication points and moving joints must be checked according to the relevant machine manual.
Blades, springs, rake elements, bearing components, fasteners and other model-specific wear parts should be inspected regularly. When replacement is required, contact TÜMİŞ with the machine model and part information.
At the end of the season, the machine should be cleaned and stored in a dry, protected area. Surfaces at risk of corrosion or deformation should be checked. Machines stored for long periods should receive a general inspection before the new season.
